AI RECEPTIONIST FOR BARBERSHOPS & SALONS · THAILAND

The shop phone that books itself.

An AI receptionist built for barbershops, salons and spas in Thailand. It answers every call in Thai, English or Russian while your hands are full, books the barber the customer asked for into your live calendar, and confirms on LINE. Already running a six-branch barbershop in Phuket.

"Is Boy free at three?"

The AI checks that barber's own chair, not the shop average, and confirms before the caller hangs up.

THE BUSIEST HOUR IS THE ONE YOU MISS

Every chair is full, so nobody picks up.

A barbershop's phone rings hardest at exactly the moment nobody can answer it. Clippers are running, hands are in someone's hair, and the caller does not leave a voicemail. They ring the next shop on Google Maps. After closing, the line is simply dead, which is when half your customers finally get around to thinking about a haircut. Hiring someone to sit by the phone costs more than the bookings it saves, and asking a barber to answer mid-fade makes both jobs worse.

BUILT FOR HOW A SHOP ACTUALLY RUNS

Not a generic bot. A barbershop front desk.

Every one of these came out of running a real shop's phone line, not out of a feature list.

01Books the barber they asked forCustomers name their usual barber. The AI checks that barber's own chair rather than the shop average, so it never promises a slot that person doesn't have.
02Walk-ins and bookings share one calendarBarbers log walk-ins from their own phones in a few taps. Availability stays honest, and you finally see how much of the shop is walk-in versus booked.
03Knows your regulars by their numberA returning customer is recognised on the first ring, so the AI can greet them by name and skip straight to the booking.
04Handles groups, not just one headThree friends coming in together need three chairs at once. The AI asks how many, then holds the right number of slots instead of quietly booking one.
05Thai, English and Russian on one numberIt picks the language from the caller's first words. In a tourist town that is the difference between a booking and a hang-up.
06Passes special requests to the chair"Same as last time", "skin fade, no razor", "he's four and scared of clippers". It writes them as notes the barber sees the moment the customer walks in.
07Confirms and reschedules on LINEConfirmations, reminders and changes go out on LINE and SMS, so fewer people simply forget to show up.
08Hands over when it shouldAnything unusual goes to your staff with the conversation attached. The AI takes the repetitive calls, your team takes the ones that need a person.

RUNNING IN A REAL BARBERSHOP

Ducky Cutz, Phuket Town. Live since June 2026.

Seven chairs, walk-in heavy, Thai locals and tourists on the same phone line. In its first seven weeks the shop took 535 bookings, of which 105 were made end to end by the AI across voice and chat, with another 56 taken by customers on the self-serve form. It answered 169+ calls at an average of 76 seconds each. The owner has since extended it to all six branches.

2We connect what you already useYour existing phone number, your existing calendar, your LINE OA. Your barbers keep working the way they work.
3We test on real calls, then switch it onWe listen to real conversations, fix the edge cases, and keep tuning after launch so it gets better in your shop, not worse.

Barbershop owner questions.

You've got questions. We've got answers.

Yes. Customers ask for their usual barber by name and the AI checks that barber's own availability, not the shop's. Barbers who work by appointment only are kept on a separate calendar, so a full walk-in hour never hides a free appointment chair.
Yes, and this is the part most shops underestimate. Walk-ins and phone bookings compete for the same chairs, so both have to live in one calendar or the AI will double-book. Your barbers log walk-ins from their own phones in a few taps, which keeps availability honest and gives you the first real picture of where your customers come from.
Yes. It answers in Thai, English or Russian, picking the language from the caller's first words. At our live barbershop deployment Thai is the majority language, with English callers on the same number.
It transfers the call to your staff with the context attached. The AI takes the routine calls: bookings, changes, cancellations, prices, opening hours and directions. Your team only picks up when it actually needs a person.
